Corestreet Vice President Of Physical Security To Present At International Security Conference West

Cambridge, MA (March 29, 2004)

CoreStreet, the leading provider of validation solutions for identity management and access control, today announced that Sal D’Agostino, the company’s vice president of physical security, will speak on an Open Security Exchange (OSE) Panel at the International Security Conference (ISC) West. The OSE Panel takes place, Wednesday, March 31, 3:00 pm , Room 103 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas . D’Agostino’s presentation is titled “The Convergence of Logical and Physical Security.”

D’Agostino is one of six security industry experts on the panel. Other panelists include: Ed Telders, security manager at PEMCO Insurance, Adam Stanislaus, vice president of physical security at First Data, Sandra Jones, principal, Sandra Jones & Co, Laurie Aarons, of Software House/American Dynamics and Piers McMAhon, principal architect for eTrust at Computer Associates. The presentation will focus on the convergence of physical and IT security, including the impact of systems integration and evolving technologies, the roles of security and IT personnel and the value derived from linking these different corporate structures for the improvement of security and safety.

D’Agostino has 25 years of sales and management experience in the field of intelligent machines. Formerly the CEO of Computer Recognition Systems, Inc., D’Agostino’s customers and projects included physical security for the U.S. Capitol, EZ Pass, automated truck inspection and many other projects. D’Agostino is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security.
